How do I pay for Green Apple Cleaners?
You may pay by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc). Each time you use Green Apple Cleaners, your credit card will be charged automatically, or if you prefer we will bill your credit card monthly and e-mail you a statement. Your credit card information is held securely by Green Apple Cleaners—in fact, none of your personal information (other than your name and apartment address) will be visible on the ID tag.

How do I know what I'm being charged?

Is Green Apple Cleaners offered everywhere?
Currently, Green Apple is offered in select neighborhoods in New York City and Brooklyn. If you live in the New York City area but outside of these boroughs, please sign up as a charter member—we'll contact you as our coverage area expands. Our goal is to serve all NYC boroughs and surrounding communities.

Can I Use Green Apple Cleaners if I don't live in a doorman building?
Yes. Sign up as a Charter Member and Green Apple will contact you to make special arrangements.

May I request additional garment bags?
